Eligibility
The LogicLeap Partner Programme is open to creators and businesses who promote our apps honestly and in line with these terms. You must provide accurate account and payout details and keep them up to date. We may approve or decline applications at our discretion.
Commission terms
Commission is recurring and tiered. Partners start at 10% (Tier 0) and climb to 20% (Tier 1) at 25 active referred subscribers and 30% (Tier 2) at 100, on qualifying subscriptions attributed to their referral links, for as long as the referred customer remains subscribed. Your rate is set by your current tier and capped at each app’s base rate. Tiers are assessed on currently-active referrals; if active referrals fall below a threshold your tier is held for a 30-day grace period before it changes. Payouts are made monthly once your balance reaches the £25 minimum payout threshold. Commission may be withheld or reversed for refunds, chargebacks, or fraudulent activity.
Acceptable use
You agree to promote our apps truthfully and not to engage in spam, misleading claims, trademark bidding, self-referrals, or any activity that could damage the LogicLeap brand. We may suspend or terminate participation for breaches of these terms.
Liability
The programme is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, LogicLeap Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your participation, and our total liability is limited to the commission payable to you.
Changes
We may update these terms or the programme’s commission structure from time to time. We will give reasonable notice of material changes, and continued participation after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
